当一名海外同学在菲律宾获得了大学的学生ID后，学生需要本人前往学校办理相关入学手续同时办理学生签证（VISA conversion），正常来说，学生签证是学校或中介主体办理，学生配合协助办理即可。

当学校收到上述文件后，学校会给学生准备好相应文件及相关流程帮助学生预约办理签证的时间等。

Documents for health tests:

2. Cash

Following health tests:

1. Chest xray

2. VDRL/Syphillis

3. Urinalysis

4. Fecalysis

5. Malaria test

Options for health test:

ADD1:Manila Doctor's Hospital

ADD2:Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) of the Department of Health in Manila (Bureau of Quarantine in Port Area Manila, back of Manila Hotel. )

ADD3: Other hospitals which have this rights to issue your certificate of health

note:

1. 所有体验结果必须合格且取得对应的合格体检报告，一般体检后一周左右获得该报告。

2. 所有项目合格以后，拿着你的报告去检疫局进行备案

1. 护照原件

2. 签证原件

3. 护照首页复印件4份

4. 签证纸复印件4份

5. 2*2白底照片4张

6. 申请表2份
   

7. 体检报告及复印件两份，检疫局办理手续费500比索，待检疫局相关手续办理完成后，再到移民局去盖章

NBI clearance (National Bureau of investigation)

For the national bureau of investigation (NBI), you may visit their office in Manila to apply. They will take your fingerprints and photo.

Please see if there is  Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) of the Department of Health in Manila and inquire if they do stamping of quarantine seal in the passport. If so, within 1 week before your health check up and BOQ stamping

Once these are complied, only then that we can apply for your visa conversion.

Icard:

After paying, ask if you can also already do the biometric procedures for iCard. They will take your fingerprint, photo and signature. So that you maximize your time at their office. 

usually take 2 weeks to 1 or 2 months

follow up your I-card and student visa till you get it.
