1.学校简介
Kutir成立于1965年,由Hathayogi Shri Nikam Guruji牧师在孟买Girgaum的住所建立,当时拥有少量追随者。
在1976年,Rev Guruji牧师搬到Thane的Shreerang Society,并开始在他的Thane住所开始瑜伽活动。渐渐地渴望学习瑜伽的人数开始增加,因此将瑜伽活动转移到一个专门的场所变成不可避免的事实。
在1982年,Shri Ambika Yoga Kutir瑜伽中心正式注册为公共慈善信托机构。
在1985年,Kutir为瑜伽中心购买了一幢房屋,并将瑜伽活动转移到CD-51/C1 Shreerang Society, Thane。
1991年6月,由于倾盆大雨,整个shreerang society都被洪水淹没,Kutir不得不在其他地方进行瑜伽活动。簸箕被拆毁,建成高跷
在1992年,Kutir将其瑜伽活动转移到现在的地址:Thane(W)LBS Road,Meenatai Thackrey Chowk BK Mill Compound 400 60
2.课程介绍
Preliminary Yoga Course
The Basic Preliminary Yog Course of total 12 weeks duration, each session is of 2 hours Duration once in a week. This basic course contents : Internal Cleansing Practices called Shatkarmas viz.
Jal dhouti, Jal Neti, Kapalbhati, Nouli, Basti, Tratak. Nouli and Basti practices are difficult for the beginner to get the benefit of these kriyas “shankhaprakshalan” to recommended
Along with Kapalabhati few more breathing techniques viz. Ujjayi, Sheetali, Sitkari, Vayusar are included
The Yog asanas contentes : Asanas are devided into two parts : Dhyanatmak and Vyayanatmak
Surya Namaskar , Asanas on the Back, on Stomach, Sitting and Standing postures are advised as per sadhakas ability
In addition to the abovementioned yogic practices necessary for Physical Body (Sthula Sharira)
Pranakarshan,(Breath awareness) Prarthana ( Prayer), Gayatri Mantra Omkar chanting, Trataka and Shavasana are included in the program. For Psychosomatic problems
Separate batches are for different disease such as Back Pain, Asthma, blood pressure, Digestive disorder, Migrain, Common cold cynuses etc.
Annually about 30,000 Ladies and Gents take benefit of this course.90% of the participants for this course have some ailment or other. After successful completion of the basic course a certificate is awarded to the Sadhaka (Yoga aspirant).
After the Preliminary Course the sadhakas who intend to pursue further yogic practices are guided through Repeater Course, Demonstrator’s course and are made eligible for further Pranayama CourseWhich is conducted at Thane HQ.
There are separate batches conducted for Heart patients on Saturday evening and Sunday Morning at Shri Ambika yog Kutir, Thane Only.
Stress Management Program for Corporate Executives: Employees of companies Police, Security guards, Army Naval forces are organized
Long duration Course - Yoga Instructor - Level 1
Long duration Course for Yoga Instructor (Level 1). A 24 session course for Yoga Instructors covering detailed studies of important Yoga texts and practices with practical's.
The Syllabus will be always as per QCI guidelines to the students. SAYK does not take any fees for teaching yoga, however it is necessary for a sadhak to join and complete the basic 3 month training course (Trimasik Abhyas), repeat the course and give Seva (voluntary service) at the SAYK or its braches as mentioned in the eligibility criteria.
Eligibility :
1. No Course Fee/Admission Fee
2.Age Limit 19 years and Above
3.Educational & Eligibility Requirements:
i) S.S.C. OR H.S.C.
II) Should have completed Short Duration Course ( Traimasik)-Basic Yoga Course and repeat the same at SAYK.
III) Seva at SAYK
4.Documents :
i) If any sickness is there at the time of admission,submission of clinical reports are necessary.
ii) SAYK authorities may deny admission if sickness is major and may ask to repeat Traimasik Course till cure and then join the Yoga Instructor Course-Level 1.
Note : An aspirant will not be allowed to appear for examination unless he/she has attendence more than 80%
Repeater Courses
The Basic Pranayama Course is conducted for the Sadhak who have completed the three months Preliminary yoga course and the same is practice individually for at least six to nine months at home. There are many types of Pranayama described in ancient yogic text, but Guruji selected "Ashta (8 no.) Pranayama" for learning and practicing daily. This 'Ashta Pranayama' are defined in following shloka
“SuryaBhedana Ujjaii Sitkari Shitali tatha, Bhasrika Bhramari Murcha Plavinitashta Kumbhaka”
These pranayama classes are conducted at Shri Ambika Yog Kutir, Thane only, under the guidance of qualified senior Teachers.
Hatha Yoga Pranit Pramanpatra
Hatha Yoga Pranit Pramanpatra Pariksha (Yoga Teachers Training Course) conducted every year under the direct supervision of senior teachers. Minimum 2 Years Yogic practices required.
Course contents: earlier two programmes viz. Preliminary, Repeater and Pranayama course, plus advanced Pranayama Practices
Eight Pranayamas:Anulom Vilom, Ujjayi, Sheetali, Sitkari, Bhasrika, Bhramari, Murchya, and Plavani.
Three Bandhas:Mool, Udyan and Jalandhara
Ten Mudras:Maha Mudra, Maha Bandha, Maha Veda, Khechari, Viparit Karni, Vajroli, Shaktichalani
Syllabus covers:Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama and Pratyahara i.e. five stages of Bahiranga Sadhana
The abovementioned yogic practices of Hatha Yog (Astanga yog) leads the individual Sadhaka for AntaRanga sadhana viz. Dharana, Dhyana,Samadhi). Certificates are Awarded to successful Yoga Teachers.
Advance guidance course for teachers
Advanced Yogic practices for Devotees: The Yog Teachers who have completed “Hatha yog pranit Pramanpatra Exam. “ successfully and who intend to devote more time in advanced yogic practices are invited on the 5th Sunday and a special program is devised for them.
Courses for Ladies
Pregnant Ladies : Garbha Sanskar: Program for Pregnant Ladies conducted on Every Monday at Thane main branch only.
Other Problems : Menstrual Problems, Menopause Problems
