Practice And Learn Under World Renowned Yoga Guru
Dr. Ramesh Shetty was born in 1964 raised and educated in Mysore; he holds a Bachelor of Arts together with a diploma in Yoga & Nature cure from Karnataka University and practiced Yoga under the under the instructions of Sri BNS Iyengar and Sri Balaji Rao Thombre. Ramesh has been teaching Hatha yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga from past 41 years and he is specialised in Asana Alignment.
Ramesh Shetty has bagged many awards for his involvement and contributions in Yoga field, Honorary Doctorate by Indian Virtual Academy for Peace and Education in 2019, Lifetime member of Mysore Yoga Association and currently serving as President of Mysore Yoga Association, Yoga Visharada award by Mysore Yoga Association in 2015, Yoga Bushana award by Himalaya Yoga Foundation in 2014, Yoga Siri award by Government of Karnataka in 2013.
Ramesh Shetty has trained and created hundreds of national and international yoga teachers in all parts of the globe who in turn are successfully teaching their students young and old. By nature Ramesh is a dedicated, patience, creative, and skilled teacher with an excellent sense of humour who is endowed with the rare gift of adopting his teaching method to the skill level of the individual pupil across the spectrum-beginners, intermediate and advanced alike this rare ability endears him to all of his the students and results in high student satisfaction. Students consistently rate him at the top in their feedback.

200 hours Teacher Training Course
Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series Asana Practice session will lead towards a deeper understanding of the physical, mental and spiritual state. Asana practice will be of two different styles, Lead practice and Mysore style practice. Asana alignment session will assist a student to be perfect in every asana. Pranayama session will direct students to learn the importance of deep breathing. Patanjali Yoga Sutra session will showcase the importance of Yoga and Yogi’s lifestyle. Yoga Theory session class will lead students to learn Important topics of Yoga. Study human anatomy and physiology in simple and interesting mode. Course manual/study material and asana chart will be provided for every student. Day trip for temple and historic place in and around Mysore. Hygiene and vegetarian food will be served during the course. Accommodation will be clean with a good bed and pillow. Equal attention and importance will be given to all students.

ccommodation: Accommodation will be provided from 2nd to 28th of the course attending month in Shala premises or around Shala in walk able distance. Shala is located in the centre of the city so, super market, organic shop and local shops are in walk able distance. Railway station is just 10 minutes away from Shala and bus station is 15 minutes away from Shala. Triple/Twin shearing room/accommodation will be provided.

Ashtanga Vacation Course in Mysore Ashtanga Yoga Shala, India
After certain days of Asana practice, your body demands some push or to practice under experienced teacher so that you can deepen your Asana practise and be much more connected to your Self. Apart from Teacher Training Course, Mysore Ashtanga Yoga Shala also offers vacation course where students can practise under experience Yoga Guru and get back to your Yoga mat and explore yourself.
